Product Handling: The first step involves feeding the product into the labeling machine. This is often done using a conveyor belt or a system of rollers that guide the product into position.
Label Roll Feeding: The labels are typically wound onto a roll, which is loaded into the machine. The machine unwinds the label roll as needed and feeds it through the labeling system.
Label Separation: As the label roll unwinds, the machine’s peeler plate or unwinding system separates individual labels from the backing material. The labels are peeled off and prepared for application to the product.
The label is positioned accurately using mechanical or motorized systems. In more advanced machines, servo motors or stepper motors are used to adjust the label’s alignment to ensure precision.
After labeling, the product is typically moved off the labeling machine and onto another part of the production line, often through a conveyor system that transports it to further stages.

1. This machine is suitable for sticking the continuous roll labels, using gluing methods in small glue consumption, low running capital, the fastest labeling speed could reach 30000 bottles per hour.
2. If the machine uses pressure-sensitive labels, they are applied directly onto the product surface. The label is applied using an applicator pad or a roller that presses it onto the product, ensuring it sticks securely.
3. In the case of hot melt glue labeling, the label is applied using an adhesive that is heated and melted before being transferred to the product. A glue nozzle or roller applies the adhesive to the label’s back, and the label is then applied to the product surface.
4. For shrink sleeve labels, the label is applied around the product (like a bottle or can). The label is then subjected to heat (typically in a shrink tunnel), causing the label to shrink and tightly conform to the shape of the product.
