Film Shrink Packing System

A film packaging machine is a type of equipment used in the packaging industry to wrap products in plastic film. The shrink film packaging machine is based on the characteristic of the packaging film shrinking when heated. It uses a photoelectric switch sensor for online detection, and the signals collected are centrally controlled and processed by a PLC (programmable logic controller) program. The machine employs a conveyor belt for continuous carton feeding, and a continuous push rod to wrap bottles with film. The process includes heating, cutting, sealing the package, shrinking the film in a heat tunnel, and cooling and shaping the package with cold air to complete the entire packaging process.
