The shrink film packaging machine is based on the characteristic of the packaging film shrinking when heated. It uses a photoelectric switch sensor for online detection, and the signals collected are centrally controlled and processed by a PLC (programmable logic controller) program. The machine employs a conveyor belt for continuous carton feeding, and a continuous push rod to wrap bottles with film. The process includes heating, cutting, sealing the package, shrinking the film in a heat tunnel, and cooling and shaping the package with cold air to complete the entire packaging process.
