1. Fully Automated Bottled Water Production Line

2. Pure Water Filling Equipment
Designed for small and medium-sized water manufacturers, this equipment is developed based on advanced international technology to meet strict filling process standards for purified water. It is suitable for filling mineral water, purified water, and drinking water.
3. Neck-Holding Transmission Technology
The filling machine uses neck-holding transmission technology to automate bottle rinsing, enchimento, and capping. It accommodates various bottle shapes and sizes (200-2000ml PET bottles) with high flexibility.
4. High-Speed Production Capability
The production capacity ranges from 3,000 to 24,000 bottles per hour, with automatic liquid level control throughout the process, ensuring consistent and efficient production.
5.Durable and Hygienic Materials
All parts in contact with liquids are made of high-quality stainless steel, providing excellent wear resistance, stability, and low failure rates.
Project Results
The successful launch of the drinking water production line significantly improved Evergrande’s production efficiency and product quality. The advanced technology ensures safe, high-standard bottled water production while reducing operational costs.
