  1. Products are fed into the machine via a conveyor belt.Sensors detect the position of the product to ensure proper timing for label application.
  2. The roll passes through a series of rollers or a feeding system, which unwinds the material and feeds it into the machine.
  3. The machine uses a rotary cutter or blade system to cut the continuous roll of shrink sleeve material into individual labels of the correct size.
  4. The cutting mechanism ensures precision, preventing material wastage and ensuring uniformity.
  5. The individual label is placed over the product by a label applicator or a mandrel system, which opens up the sleeve and slides it over the product.
  6. The label is positioned carefully so that it aligns with the product’s surface and design requirements.
